@SexyKunoichiMatsuko what's nagayamon?
-
@sonofmanchu yes, kyoto people looked down on and called them 壬生狼.

Have you been to Hijikata's house in Hino city?
The house has been renewed and there's no old structure remains.
But the house next to Hijikata still has old Nagayamon!

When I was studying Japanese history in high school in China, I was told that they were also once called the Mibu, the wolves of the Mibu and they fought for their own beliefs.

i like kondo's hand writing more than okita's ^-^

Here's a haiku written by Hijikata:
kaze hikaru
makoto no hata ni
hana goro mo
("Wind shines/around truth's flag/and the symphony of flowers as well")
It's where the name for Kaze Hikaru, the Shojo manga about the Shinsengumi comes from; it's really good, you should pick it up.

If I were them, I only want to implement justice - by protecting the innocent and wiping out the menace to the society. Make sense to me. :)
