@KenoshiAkai Christmas itself is not a religion, but it is a religious practise. No one today really practises true Christianity, which itself is not pagan. A true Christian (someone actually trying to do what the Bible and Jesus teach) would not celebrate Christmas because God does not command it, but actually condems the practises associated with the celebration. Read Jeremiah 10. The customs of the people are in vain...

Yes, everyone thinks everyone else is wrong, everyone is straying or an infidel, yes, yes. And people of religions before Christianity, Islam, and Judaism thought that they were right, and so on. With the multitude of religions that have existed, why not go Agnostic and keep up with scientific advances?

Jesus was born in (plausibly) September of 5 bce. Christmas comes from the Saturnalia (December 17-23) December 24th and 25th was directly after the Saturnalia so the pagans would convert in the masses (to continue their partying). It worked well. It's sad when people genuinely believe Jesus was born on Dec. 25th. Christmas is a corporate holiday, that is good. I am not a christian, I don't celebrate christmas. I celebrate the Saturnalia :). Happy Birthday (Roman God) Saturn (Greek for Kronos).
