Knowledge Management at ThoughtWorks

In an interview with Alakh Asthana of eClerx Services, Dinesh Tantri (Head Knowledge Strategy at ThoughtWorks) talks about a few non-technology and technology enabled KM practices at ThoughtWorks. He says, apart from business and personal blogging on the company website there are multiple active communities that facilitate knowledge sharing.

Dinesh further explains that knowledge management at ThoughtWorks is not restricted to the boundaries of the organization. There are multiple open source projects that ThoughtWorks has initiated where numerous developers participate. Learnings from these open source projects are cultivated in commercially motivated functions.
