yeah ufc 101 was pretty good i didnt watch the whole thing but this fight disapointed me

Okay first off, I'm not saying it was a fix, but I will say it had all the characteristics of a fix,

1- Silva needed a fight to get people talking

2-Forrest fought nothing like himself, he looked scared

3-Forrest just quit, I'm sorry but forrest griffin doesn't just quit like that

4- the Way Forrest bolted the ring right after the fight and know isn't talking to anyone

5- After the fight no one talked about it, not Joe Rogan not a single person

Sounds like a fix to me a least

yeah true but apperently he got his jaw broke :S i haven been able to find a legit source tho ...and its sad if it was a fix cause it coulda been a great fight and i still say anderson woulda won but at least alot better of a show

Anderson Silva is just on a completely different level than his competition. Even though Silva said he would never fight Machida, we can only hope that one day that fight comes.

i think that forrests stand up was to slow for anderson. i think that if forrest took him and down and ground and pound he would of had a chance. forrest has great bjj aswell. Dan Henderson was the only man to win a round against silva and he did that by taking him down.

I dont think he broke down mentally WhiteMenJumping is right about him being strong mentally . In the fight just about everything Anderson was throwing was making contact on the chin which could have really hurt griffin, and he may have never recovered . We dont know anything about what happened though cause just like Mir, griffin has gone MIA

Also, I forgot in my other comment I watched the fight again last night, the ref stepped in front of Silva when Forrest when down for the last time, I'm not saying Forrest wasn't going to quit, but the ref was stopping it anyway
