Narrow the hole so it spouts up, if it still spreads, then have a longer hole by extending the sleeve or make the hole smaller.

does anyone know how to make this so straight up in like a column? I tried putting a tube over it put that failed lol. Any ideas would be awesome.

mineral pigments i guess, in liuyang no plastic master batches might be used, i m' not sure about materials in it...though.
