People its not acupuncture therapy, he used acupuncture just for anesthetic(local) purpose to reduce the pain, that the only job of acupuncture here, nose job he do is just squeezing hard the nose( also squeeze out some blood from surrounding area ) to get the desire size. I doubt the life of this nose job(it turns back to usual shape after some time), only way to get permanent result is to reshape the nose by surgery or by some using non-permanent cosmetic product.
