  • good one glenn. that's symbiosis! that ant owns/protects the aphid which rewards the ant with a glob of nectar it oozes from its body. the ladybug i think is a vicious predator and the ant is trying to shoo it away. shit ahbeen watching too much discovery channel=)

  • yup, eddA . . "mutualism" they call it, altho' better than present humans, they still do it for self preservation but not as bad as humans who have d tendency for self destruction, unthinkable but true, isn't it? I communicate w/ them in so many ways more than I can w/ humans . . he he
