This year's (2011) adventure takes ride buddy Glen & me to the Eastern foothills of Canada's Rocky Mountains - Alberta's Highway #734 - the Alberta Forestry Trunk Road - the ONLY route between the Rockies and Highway #2, the main route between Calgary and Edmonton Alberta. 250 KMs of gravel, and it sure was fun!
Nice road trip...you probably could have made a separate video of Mickey's Place...I need to get out and do more touring this season instead of just going on a day ride to no where, I'll have to pick destinations and have vlogs of them...nice work!!
Later.

Nice looking trip! Some pretty familiar looking roads for most of the video.

Great show Lester!!! The segment on Mickey was fantastic. You could do an hour on that guy alone. I know how much work it takes to shoot a trip like this (on and off the bike, getting the camera out, taking the time to shoot, and still having time to ride) so I send my congratulations. This was really enjoyable. If you haven't already, check out my YT videos at RobKelly63. Lester, I hope we get the chance to ride together one day. Rob

Awesome! Very entertaining and so well done I reckon you could sell this to the TV networks! Some of the scenery resembles the forests/mountains/gravel roads in New Zealand (in the South Island ). Thanks for posting this.
