How many servings was that for? Three and a half hours is a long time to be slave to the kitchen just for a spag bowl. Not many people these days have that kind of time. Sadly, one of the reasons many of us don't eat and cook such great dishes. Great video,..thanks.

@Nunsweepit421 It was enough for an army! When I make a dish like this, I make a large batch and freeze most of it for leftovers. I don't recall, but it would easily serve 12-15 people (my wife and I eat it for 2-3 days initially, plus each time on the leftovers). As for having time, I have to plan for it, usually a cold winter Saturday when I can sip wine all afternoon and listen to Sinatra...thanks for posting and glad you enjoyed it!
