who told you to watch this . .??

  • Hi Rohan, you probably are the most blessed child in the whole world.Sitting and playing in front of saraswati devi? And look at MS amma,he is so moved.I cannot thank you enough for this video.I feel the same happiness that he might have gotten while playing the video.Sorry bro,I am a die hard fan of MS amma.

Young Rohan did so well. Thanks again for sharing this video.

  • Hey killingdawelfaremcs

U may be better than him, but that was then, it must have been a long time ago, because that is ms subbalakshmi sitting there

That is rohan krishnamoorthy, one of the top mridangam players right now

  • i'm better than him..

  • thanks :)

  • Evalo nalla vathrukkai.. " how well you have mastered " romba asirvadam pannirkkay evalo vayassile entha alavukku .. "the guy is blessed to have played mridangam in his early age.."- The above comments are said to a third party standing around

Then turns around to the boy and sayd "romba nalla erukkuppa- means you have played it beautifully and keep practising and be with the instrument ...

  • Great video! :-) will some one please translate into English/Hindi what MS Amma says towards the end? Thanks in advance :-)

  • @briangoldstein08 :: Mind your language in public. I am sorry to say this but u just DONOT know ANYTHING about music and rhythm.

@thinknirmal :: Appreciate your response to that freaking looser Brian.

  • brilliant

    perfectly subtle

  • @ briangoldstein08

I am very sure you have lost your sense of rhythm. Do you know who that old lady is? You don't know anything. Will you miss the rhythm and she walks away.

Hitting the nose is not for fun. Haven't you seen one tuning a drum? The beauty of this instrument is it can be tuned in the middle of a performance without even disturbing the flow. So, you lack worldly knowledge too.

Better go and do something for your losses. Or never comment again.
