@rhb999 I'd like to, but seeing as it's on a branch (not a flower), and it doesn't look windy, it's hard to. I only commented the way I did because I shoot macro too, so I CAN appreciate how hard it can be to focus in on macro subjects, but OP is zooming in and out, and thus in and out of focus. Put it on auto focus and call it a day, or don't but do a better job, or use a tripod. It can be done, and with much better results. I just looked again and the only thing moving is video distortion.

At that close focus there's such a tiny shift in focus that it would be hard to keep the subject in focus when given factors such as wind or character movement. Hence why if something is professionally shot (not a wild animal) they use focus and positioning marks. Give the guy a bit of credit!
