In this video I teach Lewis to request attention. First I play a roleplaying game and then teach him to get my attention before he can request. After doing this in a structured setting I teach it in more natural settings. In the end of the video there is a clip of Lewis using this skill in a completely novel situation.

  • That's so great. He's doing really well. Wow. Wonderful job. He's better at this than I am. I don't do this at all. I just start talking to someone. If they have something I need, I just sort of take it from them. I can see this really paying off in the future. That is fantastic. At first I thought you were a professional.

  • what great games! I want to try them with my son but modified for "waiting while mom's busy/talking" Awesome! Thank you!
