In our tests, the Samsung Omnia II dropped from 4 bars to 1 bar when held in a way that attenuated the signal.

  • Mine didn't do that

  • Sorry, tested it and no matter how hard I try, can't drop even a single bar. (Omnia II)

  • Ridiculous - Apple has no excuse for the most expensive and hyped up phone in the world having a faulty design so they shift attention away by discrediting other manufacturers!

Highly unprofessional....my opinion of Apple as an arrogant, unfriendly greedy company has just been multiplied....

  • Ya, pointing out that other phones do it is REALLY going to fix it.

  • wow i was thinking about getting an iphone4, even despite the issues, but after watching these videos of them trying to justify there design flaw i see how fucking pathetic steve jobs is, what a douche bag.

  • Sorry, but it doesn't happen on my Omnia II. No bars off, no matter I try.

  • Look you sad Apple arse licker.

We all know you work for apple as we seen the blog, with you on the end of steve jobs penis.

Why do you insist on pointing fingers at other companies like a child.

You are loosing any credibility you had with customersd when you moan like a baby and say others do it to.

The difference here.... and lets make it clear because you morons are to stupid to comprehend this, THERE DO NOT DROP CALLS, YOUR'S DO!

  • Now rather than act childish pointing fingers i suggest you sort the issue because these vids are going to turn up on tv news making you look more pathectic than you already are.

  • I have tried it on my omnia several times and it' s totally true. The secret is to hold tight the bottom part of the cell phone . Sorry folks the myth is confirmed.

  • Fake. I have Omnia II and I cannot get any bars off no matter how I try to keep the phone or keep it in a closed bag. It worked fine and did not drop the call even inside a train moving 160km/h through a tunnel.
