AltRider's Jeremy LeBreton took the Yamaha Super Tenere XT1200Z off road for some adventure riding in the dirt, just in time for the 2010 Seattle International Motorcycle Show.

Check out what the Super Ten can do, as well as the crash bars, skid plate, luggage rack and other AltRider parts that were installed to protect the bike. And if you're going to the Long Beach IMS, go see the AltRider booth, #556, to see the Super Tenere in person!

  • Keep making more videos! It's dudes like you that are gonna help keep this market competitive. I love that the adventure category is blowing up, and make no mistake, great accessory manufacturers directly contribute to this phenomenon. It's an exciting time for "altriders" everywhere!

  • @justinmackey24 Thanks, Justin!

  • Just wanted to Thank Steve from Adventure Moto in Australia for helping make this all possible.

    Hey,

would you consider buying the Yamaha or the Beamer? For travelling and a little bit of off road- but not like your style :-) and the daily trip to work.....thx

  • @Mrlogotobi the best answer is that you really need to find a dealer willing to allow you to test ride each on for at least 20 min more like an hour.

because the s10 was closely modeled off the beemer they are very similar, so the final call comes down to lots of small details that you really need to experience for yourself.

take the bike on a ride that resembles what you want to do with the bike, so if its highway spend a majority of you demo on the highway

    hope that helps, tough question.
