DUH! Only stupid people, uneducated people, or deaf and blind people don't know that.

practice a lot :) ... if you know exactly where you want to place your lines and can do it well.. then that's how you do it without guidelines... or you could just draw what you want, then keep editing it till it looks good but that usually takes ages :/

Actually manga university is more like and online art school you can enroll in. But you have to pay 49 bucks to enter........
