The date was June 1st, 2003. Kelly Kulick just eeked herself into the telecast qualifying 5th after 56 games of combined qualifying and round robin match play. She beat Leanne Barrette in a roll off after they both tied the match with a final score of 214. Kelly then managed to beat 3 time Queens titlist Wendy Macpherson in game 2. The former Morehead State standout then knocked off the reigning 2002 PWBA player of the year Michelle Feldman. Her task didn't get easier as she faced 2001 Player of the Year Carolyn Dorin-Ballard in the title match. Here's part 1 of this great championship match!
