@Plutonwolf I'm all for a cash payout for anyone who wants to get sterilized... of course, I think it would play out in a totally different fashion than you think. Who are the biggest proponents of birth control, abortion rights and eugenics? The hardcore left. Who will keep knocking out kid after kid? The religious right. I think we'd see a net loss in IQ over the years. Anyone with foresight and education can see that life in this country is better without children and pile whole lot of cash.

Offer a lifetime 25% tax reduction across the board to anyone who will volunteer to be neutered with no intent to reproduce (no frozen eggs or sperm allowed) The standard model Republotard would find this conservanip irresistible!!!!
