  • 2 questions. Where do you get those straps? What exercises should I do to get my wrists more flexible? Started doing cleans and front squats with this grip in the past couple weeks and my wrists are hurting, not too bad, but would prefer to limit the damage on them if possible.

    1) on our site. Link on main channel page

    2) keep stretching and lifting. they will adapt.

  • @HermanHermes the one thing that you can never measure is how much "heart" someone has. Inevitably when the going gets tough, natural abilities or not, you will have to plow forward. This is when true "talent" becomes evident. I have seen, as have others, people with "god given talent" who never amount to jack. Then there's others who seemingly have no talent become World Champions. When you find someone with both, then they are the legends of the game.

  • @HermanHermes guess that depends on the definition of "talent". Someone who can show up 2x/day, everyday, on time and push to 100% day in and day out definitely has a TALENT.

    1) Ordered.

    2) Living in Sweden sucks, it costs more to ship them then actually buy them. Yet, it is still cheaper to buy them and have them shipped then to buy anything here.

    Thanks.

  • @flaminshit97 everyone has a talent. yours is definitely not comprehension.

  • @BROZKNOWS someone with no talent will never become a world champion, no matter how hard they try.

  • @BROZKNOWS How soon is soon I wonder. And any tips on getting it up sooner?

  • @Tbergan67 congrats. 400 soon.

  • @BROZKNOWS Ah makes sense. Hey guess what! Hit my first 335 front squat the other day :D at 175ish lbs

  • @Tbergan67 wrist injury

  • And what is the benefit of squatting with these straps?
