He does not tell how they can't pay their bills. If they would pay as they rather than tie up mass properties and then postpone closing because they do not have the cash. Their Enron approach is the very reason their debt is so high. The company stock prices are low and countless millions are being spent on litigation due in part to their not performing under the terms of contracts they sign.

I am surprised to hear that Chesapeake has to fund billions in investment before America can have gas powered cars and trucks widespread. Even in Australia which has a far lower population density most petrol stations also have LNG tanks and filling outlets.
