TRA - Air Glitch Secret Run - St. Francis Folly - 13:56 #1

This is the first part of my St. Francis Folly Run. It conatins a lot of mistakes but I can live with that. Nearly every segment contains a funny Shortcut, which is quite hard to do.

I think it took me about 500 attemps to get the lion onto the circletrigger in the first area and so I didn't restart the game, even though I was lame at shooting the suns.
The third segment was the hardest for
me.
Why? - I had to pick up 2 artifacts and after picking up one of them I couldn't restart it at the same profile, because of this autosave.
So I had to quit the game and restart the same Savegame in a brandnew profile. But in this profile I didn't have the first artifact and so on.

And that's why I'm quite proud of this run, even though there are many mistakes in it. (especially at Poseidon)

Pease also have a look at the second part of this run, which contains a never seen shortcut (well, I have never seen it before) at Atlas.

don't use manual aim to shoot at the suns, if you use advance toggle D:

Yeah my shooting at the suns sucks, but I was so happy that I managed to make the lion standin on the plate (only works in 1 out of about 50 attempts) that I didn't care too much about this. Maybe I'll redo it sometimes. Have already forgotten that I did a run of the first 5 levels of TRA :)

oh yeah. i cant do the pillar jump to activate the air glitch is it because im trying it on ps2?

This jump is quite hard to do. As you can see: I'm not jumping into the middle of the pillar. It's not very easy and doesn't work everytime but wth a bit practise it's doable. If that really doesn't work for you: try the air glitch at 1:35. I found it a bit harder, but maybe it works better at PS2.

It is interesting to see that you can actually avoid triggering Pierre on his first appearance(Just like the original).

Have you ever managed to actually grab if failing to land at 7:16? I have never managed to actually grab after flipping during an airwalk. Have you?

Thats a shortcut found by me. To open the gate you normally have to roll the ball onto the tile, Lara passes at 0:08.

I was looking for another thing, I could put onto this floortile.

at around 0:30 I try to make the lion standing on this floortile by shooting at him.

At about 0:32 you see him running onto the floortile.
