  • how much you weighing in at . im 16 and have been doing weights for 2 years and am now 80kg. the base exercises such as squats, deadifts and cleans stimulate the production of testosterone which will enable you to put on more mussle mass. Apart from that looks as if its going good mate , keep lifting L.scott from the uk peace .
