  • always play in good quality boots with rounded studs, not cheap crappy boots with strange studs, or your knee will twist and the bad studs stay stuck in the ground and your knee will pop. It happened to me

  • @bigsteph2010 i strained my knee in about 3 months ago and i will make an MRI to see whats wrong with it but i just wanna know if you do have an ACL problems, would you be able to walk and jog normally? because i can walk and jog but still can't run as normal.

  • man I tore my ACL and meniscus like 5 months ago and dude it fuckin sucks for a while...make sure u rehab every chance u get..i dont play soccer but i play football but i bet the rehab will be the same

  • were you able to perform the same way... or no?? cause i just fucked my ACL up.. and have surgery soon. and i feel that im going to sucked when i come back
