what type of dry yeast should I use?

@msacarnell I always use Fleishmans dry yeast. If I use the quick rise variety, then I omit the first rising. I usually just let the dough rest for 20 minutes after kneading it and then shape into rolls. let rise until double and bake.

If you use the regular variety of the dry yeast, you will need to do two risings.
