Felt like I had to put it on wax, my thoughts about the show "Brother to Brutha." I'm sorry for the short clip but my battery died on me and I figuered enough was said, so i posted it. But the show really brought a tear to my eyes. I have a brother and My father wasn't in our live either so I felt their pain, real talk. I'm gonna come right back with another blog/vlog later to day that's longer and more detailed.

You are missing the point. BET has exposed a common dysfunctionality you find in many inner city families. All the anger, hate and violence stems from their father, who emotionally and physically abused all the children and his two wives. Usually when kids watch that type of violence in home at least one will become violent (Anthony). They will learn together how to get alone and respect one another. It does not happen over night. That's years of abuse. Big Grady need his ass wope!!!

I realize alot of people watch BET programming of all ages and races. There really isn't any targeted audience for shows like Brotha and that is why the opinions vary on blogs about the show. We all hear and see the same things differently. I don't think it has anything to do with a person's level of education or exposure in life, we just all see things differently. But pulling out that grade school photo of Draino and flashing it on national television caused Big Grady to get dropped by lil bro

what are you talking about?, where did you see big Grady abuse anyone?.....please dont hate, because what i saw was this guys come 400 miles to big Gradys house only to disrespect him in his own home!, it was almost as if they came there to pick a fight, he did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment, now maybe YOUR dad was a drunk and beat YOUR mom etc, but dont speak on what you dont know! The problem i think pop has with big Grady is that he feels he wasn't there enough,pop and jake are good guys they never gave G any Problems!they also had a great Mom who really did her best,i don't ever recall G beating the boys 4 nothing as you stated,he has problems so do u & i,but he really loves his kids & his whole family!,i love them all so much too! i don't know how to help, so i just pray, forgiveness is the answer like Jehovah God does on a daily 4 us!,God puts up with a lot from us.
