BTW: On the chest of the shroud is an image of the Phoenix(mythological bird) which is to represent the resurrection, but also proves the shroud is not a fake, but a work of art. NOT THE SHROUD OF JESUS

The Shroud of Turin is not the burial cloth of Christ. Jesus has short hair. All ancient frescos ans paintings of Jewish men of Christ's time to 3-400 yrs agter Christ depict jewish men with short hair, which was the custom in the day of Christ. More important, is the Word of God. God does not break His own Word:

[14] Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?

قالنا بدل المره الف ان التحليل الكربوني للكفن اثبت انه يرجع لعام 1500 ميلادي وانه محدش يجرء علي رسم هذا الوجه الا العبقري دافنشي :) وعلي فكره دافنشي كان اشول عشان كده هتلاقي الجنب الا يمن من الوجه هو اللي فيه تعذيب واضح

The Church said that while they don't believe JC laid in it, they approved its importance for Christian faith and spirituality.
Even the very regretted Pope JP2 himself told to publish the studies proving it didn't come from Jesus' time.
Still, a very interesting piece of cloth, as interesting as the Spear of Destiny.

The correct name of that relic is the Holy Shroud of Constantinople, not of Turin.
