@HillLuvJump999 More about Color Purple since it is about Child Abuse. I kinda like this episode, Ruckus became more sympathetic.
-
@HillLuvJump999 well obviously the title is "The Color Ruckus" but its far from those movies point of view
-
Is this parodying Benjamin or Color purp?

The problem here is that besides the abusive father is that he was raised by an extremely damaged woman who despite an obvious lifetime of abuse and poor decisions was clearly convinced the idea that her whole life would have been better if she had just been born white. In the long run it all serves to make ruckus a FAR Worse man than Mister

@MrMegas2 His mother made him worse? In the episode, we see her encouraging him, giving him self esteem (Mister confirms this), and generally being a kind person albeit forcing her delusions onto him. On the other hand, Mister gave him physical/verbal abuse, beat him for trying to better himself, and throwing him out when he was still an adolescent.
Looking at that, I'm inclined to think his current demeanor is the result of his father's actions. He probably sees his father in all black people.
