Defense Atty. Flanagan loses on all points with Dr. Kamangar, and then expert in sleep issues, Dr. Schafer is questioned, and states that Murray care "deviated" far below the medial standard. David Walgreen stress in question 12 minutes to call 911 is NOT acceptable.

...Convict MJ twice is now trying to seek justice for him and his family?? I don't think so..! I'm totally happy that people like you have a voice and our trying to seek justice for him. The truth is people around Michael profit more from him not being here. And justice is not word well known by African American males, because we don't get much of it. And Michael made it clear many times over that he was proud to be an African-American male.

@williamwagener I believe Michael Jackson was abused by so many during his time here on Earth. I believe that the justice system here abused him twice (in the the 1993 when the first accusation came out, and in 2005). I think Michael sould have just stayed away from the U.S. (mainly California) after the 2005 trial. I wouldn't doubt if his whole death was a set up... Sneddon had a personal vendetta to destroy Michael and am I suppose to feel satisfied that the same state that tried to...

@lovethe1wolves Both sides, and the Shadow Gov. needed a year to get the SB 312 passed to rig the outcome... so that even if convicted he won't go to prison 1 day.

@SuperRenata23 I was correct on calling the June 13, 2005 verdict in MJ favor 100%, based on observation and knowledge , and I stand by my observatiosn. MURRAY, aka robert Earl CARTER, will not do a single day in State prison for killing Michael, for not calling 911, for delaying, and giving WRONG informaiton to Hospital ER persons, and the medic. I said it a year ago, based on Richard FINE case,

the Trial is RIGGED because the System is totally controled and bribable.

about the L.A. system, [ law changed to keep 400 L.A. judges from going to jail - SB X211 in Feb. 09 ]

and the fact that ONCE MURRAY is convicted of "InVoluntary manslaughter" , he can NOT be tried again for

the same Crime, even if it is proved he was part of a conspiracy to Murder Michael Jackson.

and the Doctors in video give glaring looks at Murray indicating to me, THEY know Murder
