P.S. there are no "fillers" or "preservatives" in Cyanocobalamin. It is sterile so a preservative would be pointless, also you should NEVER inject b12 directly into your blood stream, it should be injected into deep tissues ONLY.
-
Just get over the needle phobia if you have one, get the B12 yourself, and some syringes, and do an inter-muscular injection on your upper thigh daily. I am also B12 deficient and this is what I do, and I feel GREAT! Once you get over the whole "I have to do this for the rest of my life" thing, it becomes a simple part of your morning routine just like brushing your teeth. Hope, this advise helps.

Thanks for your honest video. Glad you're feeling better.
I hope that you one day could maybe feel just as great without the animal products, but I'm not in your shoes.

@MrMaryJanes, That's more or less true, but the last time I checked it was just over 40%. B12 is everyone's issue; not just vegans. Don't worry, they'll think of something else to attack the vegan diet soon.
-
@Azuloctarine, We all need to make sure we got our B12. 40% of Americans are B12 deficient, so everyone's susceptible to possible deficiency. According to the Institute of Medicine (the official body that brings us the “Recommended Daily Allowances”), people over 50 should be supplementing with vitamin B12 regardless of their diet. So really we all should be mindful.
The easiest and cheapest way to get our B12 is to take at least 2,500 mcg (µg) cyanocobalamin once each week.

Oh dear, this must have been so hard for you! I am having similar problems with B12 and very high levels of homocystein, I've had injections for 10 weeks and now the homocystein is low but I don't know what to do after this, I don't want to have to have blood test all the time but there is no way I eat meat again. I cannot even imagine having a piece in my mouth, I feel so scared I wish I just could live from tablets. All the best to you and thank you for your videos.

@Gary1111001 fish stops detoxing? Poached fish? Also I read (Alicia Silverstone- the kind diet) that u dont need to wash your vegetable perfectly because (she eats home grown vegetables) the soil those plants have are also giving u Vitamin B12. What do u mean with detoying and when am i actually not detoxing? I also eat fish to get my proteins.
-
@massagemike3 Sounds like u tried the gourmet raw diet. If u want an easy one, look into the 80/10/10 diet. It's mostly fruit; little prep. I'm in California too, and this is a great place for this diet! Lots of ripe, local fruit.
Also, protein is over-rated. You don't need to worry about it, if you get enough calories. On this low-protein diet, people are winning marathons(Michael Arnstein) and building muscle(Chris Califano)

@massagemike3 Its more than the killing; it's also the conditions the animals are kept in.
Some animals are herbivores(we fit that biology) Our ancestors that ate meat were the ones who lived during ice-ages, or migrated away from the tropics where fruit grows all year.
-
@Kareena1988 In a healthy person, energy can be received on any diet with enough calories.
The headaches you get may be from detoxing. And the fish stops you from detoxing(stopping the headaches)
@Gary1111001 You are a total, utter hack, and you should get what you deserve. Don't listen to this person at all. His nonsense is dangerous. Its important to understand that humans are not merely plant eating animals. Our fossil record shows that we ate nuts, vegetables, uncultivated cereals, eggs from other animals, fruits, and copious amounts of meat. To deny this is madness.

Don't listen to the jerks who try to shame you for eating animal products - if you notice their overall violence of expression and negativity, you'll realize they are also suffering from nutrient deficiency. And are sadly unaware of it.
