Very useful.
Without proper cookware no proper cooking, without healthy cookware no healthy cooking.
Thank you for this very informative video!

Just got my cast iron skillet yesterday. I'm converted!
And what about cigarettes ? Dont they have carcinogens in them ?
CanaryBlack0 1 year ago
@CanaryBlack0
Carcinogens found in cigarettes are the result of chemicals being added to both the tobacco and (the worst offender) the paper. Even at that, you breathe in more carcinogens in car fumes just going to the store to buy a pack of cigarettes than you do in smoking that pack.
Nicotine has a very positive effect on the brain. We recommend rolling your own cigarettes using 100% natural tobacco (Pueblo rolling tobacco, for example) and using clean, high quality rolling papers.

Thanks, great video.
Are dirty and burn oil particules ont cast iron not dangerous ?

@objective4
The key is to avoid vegetable oils. Corn oil, soy oil and the like are essentially plastic and burn at a very low temperature. We've used animal fats for the entire history of cooking, yet we've only started getting sick from our food fairly recently, after the advent of so-called "healthier" oils.
