Belle Fourche opens for the season on Monday, January 26, 2009 at Winter Park Resort, Colorado. Great powder conditions greet the few skiers who venture out to the "beautiful fork" after three feet fell in three days. Video taken with the Adventure Eye Video System, http://www.adventureeyevs.com/
@laxjunky204 You access Belle Fourche from the Panorama Lift from the top of Parsenn Bowl, you ski down Village Way (formerly Primrose) and then it's a hard left through the access gate. All that terrain out there is rated black diamond or higher, though I wouldn't consider Belle Fourche to be expert-only terrain. It can sometimes be accessed through the Vasquez Cirque gate at the the summit, but due to snow-stripping winds that part is often closed.

what lifts do you use to get up there, and also is it expert terrain? thanks

Belle Fourche is one of my favorite runs at Winter Park and nobody skis it! I often only cross my own tracks!
