John Jameson ( Damien Kirwan )

John Jameson is a song written by Dublin singer Damien Kirwan which is included in his debut album " A Tour of Dublin" which was released in january 2009. The song tells of the story of a man who takes to the bottle when his girl leaves him, he finds solace in his new friend "John Jameson" of the whiskey variety. Kirwan enlisted the services on the album of Paddy Lawless ( ex Whirley Gig and Marmalade Souls ). The Machievellian genius and multi-intrumental talent that is Paddy Lawless continues to astound all around him. Kirwan plays in Devitts Pub in Camden Street Dublin Ireland every Saturday night.
