  • Check out Richie on Helen Watson's 1986 'Blue Slipper' album - superb -RIP man

  • He'll be jamming with Lowell George now in Rock&Roll heaven! R.I.P Richie!

  • Great Drummer, he'll be jamming with Stevie Ray now! TX for all your great drumming on all the other records you played (lofgren, plant, armatrading, johnny lang, buddy guy etc). R.I.P.

  • R.I.P. Richie

  • i just like it!

  • What really makes that groove is the hat on the up beats. I took me three months to learn this and Richie plays it so easily. What a great "groove" drummer. Love you RIchie.

  • Fantasmic again and again and again -

Rocky, I hope you get this and time's been your hero.

Any chance you could post the rest of this (if its ok with Richie and Little Feat Legal). It's just amazing to watch.

    Peace.

  • i hope he had in ear monitors, really the video's of little feat are better than the raw drum footage what a groove - he was perfect with lowell and the guy's

  • Well on second view - I see him playing eights as the intro progresses. What a great drummer.

  • Great angle of my favorite drummer playing the favorite part of my favorite tune. This must be my lucky night! I always thought he was playing eighth notes on the ride but only hitting the bell on the accent - looks like he is playing a straight 4 on the ride. Thanks for the upload!
