Kathleen Kane's and H. Geoffrey Moulton Jr's Corbett Investigation.

As Attorney General, Tom Corbett received over $647,000 in campaign contributions from members of the Second Mile Foundation, while only assigning one investigator to Jerry Sandusky's case.

Meanwhile, at the same time, he assigned 14 investigators to Bill Deweese, who spent more than 5 years trying to get him.

It is difficult to believe these campaign contributions did not improperly influence his decision to not file charges against Jerry Sandusky.

The state police trooper who initially handled the Clinton County case against Jerry Sandusky believed there was enough evidence from a teenage boy -- now known as Victim One-- to charge Sandusky with indecent assault.

The Louis Freeh report attempts to cover up shocking failures by responsible Pennsylvania State Officials including former Attorney General, now Governor of Pennsylvania and former Centre County District Attorneys and knowledgeable Pennsylvania Department of Welfare officials who had official notice of allegations against Sandusky which, if acted on could have resulted in prosecution years ago; they did nothing and may have enabled Sandusky to molest other boys.

Here's two big questions: 1. Why did DA Ray Gricar not move forward with the Sandusky complaints back in 1998? Subsequently, Gricar then vanishes, poof, gone! The public still doesn't know about Sandusky. 2. Attorney General Corbett comes into the picture quietly and files Gricar's Sandusky papers away for years without proper action, Why?

Hopefully Kathleen Kane can get to the bottom of all of this!

Scum of the earth criminal, tom corbett, has played huge roles in the war on women and the conspiracy to disenfranchise voters who would vote against him.

I don't know how he and his partners in crime could have been elected in the first place, but Pennsylvanians have some serious work to do to get rid of dangerous evils like tom corbett -- they owe it to women, poor people, people of color, the group of molested boys pictured above, and the rest of the nation.

I pray that she will for the sake of the Pennsylvania people that have been held hostage, lied to, and abused by their extremely immoral and corrupt government.

What investigation? As Attorney General, Corbett merely started a file on it then ignored it. The big question is why? Why did the missing PA DA, Ray Gricar, refuse to prosecute Sandusky before Corbett inherited the case? This was all going on within PA state government long before the public was made to believe that the university was to blame. Then corrupt PA government, through Tom Corbett, pushes for the expensive revisionist Freeh "report". There is something very scary going on here.

Wow, really?. To win an election perhaps? Because that's what divisive, ambitious politicians do when they see an opening to distort facts.

people like you who would Monday morning quarterback a SUCCESSFUL prosecution because they don't like tom corbett are disgraceful. it victimizes those kids all over again. shame on you.

No you're just making things up. Approximately $20,000k? They have a list of past and present Board Members of Sandusky’s Second Mile charity and their businesses/families giving $641,481.21 To Gov. Tom Corbett.

Sounds like you're trying to stick up for Tom Corbett when you know there are unanswered questions. Why else would AG Kathleen Kane base her entire campaign on investigating him?

Any other conspiracy theories you'd like to share? Oh and BTW the state trooper you cite was taken off the case and fired. so, yeah, id take the word of a disgruntled ex employee with an axe to grind over the word of every seasoned, experienced prosecutor that worked on this case.

makes sense if you're just trying to make Tom Corbett look bad at the expense of every innocent child that was a victim.

    Classy, electedface.

Both of those statements are false and have been widely discredited. the actual number of campaign donations was approximately $20,000 from people on the board of the second mile. not the second mile itself. Check the department of state records.

Also initially there were FOUR investigators: a state trooper, two investigators from the AG's office, and a Deputy AG. Those are FACTS. you should do some research before taking time to produce a video full of lies.
