I have a Bumblebee Male and a Fire Female, and the Male when I got him first was shy but very active at night. The Fire I received her over mail from a Breeder, and she was kinda strange always hidding for 3 days or so.. but handling them for a couple minutes each day solved all that.. now at night when I sit in the room with my computer where the snakes are they come out to see what I do...

my pastel is doing this right now, she wouldnt let me take her out today to feed her so she ate in her tank{only this once}, shes been fine with handling and eating and yesterday she got cranky, and today as well,
