So... why is Splatterhouse such a popular series? It just looks liek a crappier version of Double Dragon with better graphics and some gore.

Nah compared to some things I've seen today the gore is pretty tamed.

It's not really a collaboration as much as it is a coordination. We're each playing our own individual game, but we planned to all do them at the same time.
