@ehbseedy you are right, Cobain didn't write it, and the record company paid off the witness to keep it quiet , in order to preserve the sales and image of Nirvana music. They don't give a shit about the truth.Cobain said everyone sucked including Pearl Jam, Guns n' Roses. He couldn't shut his mouth about how superior he was to everyone, and didn't even write the lyrics to his two biggest hits.No wonder he shot himself.

The real writer of it has never said that Cobain 'stole' the song.He thinks the main reason that Cobain hated it was because THAT song was chosen to hype Nirvana, it happened to be one of the only two songs he'd lied about writing which was chosen as their best.After the Road Runner Records show, Cobain looked apalled with it all.
