this song (the first one of the two songs they play) was used in the movie "le grand blond avec une chaussure noire" starring Pierre Richard, on the soundtrack it is called "sirba", but I think it has a proper Roumenian name as well...

Too bad they are not playing songs from Hungary.They are playing songs from Romania.Gheorghe Zamfir's song and the romanian folk song"Sanie cu zurgalai"
