Hey I got a question How come i got the flexibility thing of like um 85 or 90 but that really hurts but when i do the kick like the right way not the hip turn i go like 100 degrees

This video was great. Paul you are the man. I noticed this too about the kicking on my own through experience but I wasn't sure if it was a good thing to do. I'm so glad that you pointed this out now I can rest assured that I'm not using improper form.
