The real Supernanny tips: 01 Potty Training!

A new series to help parents and carers to look after their baby, toddler, pre schooler and child.

First I am going to start off with a few main topics of interest. Then I am going to make mini series on different areas. Each episode will appear every fortnight on Sunday.

Episode 1 is for beginner help/tips for potty training. People have written books on this subject so I will go over some of the main things to do. Also some things which I use when working in my career as a child care practitioner within a nursery setting.

I am having a hard time potty training my son he is two and he sits on the toilet but nothing wont come out. I try sitting on the toilet while he is on his potty seat. Idk know if he is ready or not. I think he thinks its more like a toy because he tries to play with it when he's in the bath. He will be going to daycare next week, maybe if he watch the other children use the potty he will learn to do it too! I hope so! : )

i think this video was very helpful... but i have a question... my son is 2 years old and sometimes he like going to the toilet but sometime he doesnt want to go.. i have a hard time taking him to toilet because when his grandpa watch him he doesnt take him.. can u give me more tips please..

i remember my daughter stop using diaper almost 4 yrs old.but until now she's already 5 1/5 she still drinking a milk in the bottle lol!
