Do you enjoy meeting new people and teambuilding? How often do you think about your values? What does integrity mean to you? How can you improve upon your leadership skills? If you want to explore the answers to these questions, then you should definitely apply to LeaderShape!
Why participate in LeaderShape?
LeaderShape is a six day leadership development program during Spring Break. LeaderShape allows Washington University Students to meet new peers, network, and grow as current and future leaders. The LeaderShape curriculum is a balance between self introspection and learning about community building, teamwork, and group dynamics. You will devote time thinking about what matters to you and how to achieve results in those areas. You will create meaningful relationships that extend past LeaderShape itself. Most importantly, the skills that you come away with are practical and applicable to real life situations. LeaderShape helps all students to be more active participants of the Washington University community and beyond. You will come away with sixty new and great friends.
