Adat's Dancers at the Seder

Adat HaMashiach's dance team dances to a song at the Seder, and did an awesome job! I recorded a little too early, so you can skip the first minute or so. I'm not sure what the song is called, but if anybody does then please let me know.

Why are woman wearing multi-colored tzit-tzit? I don't mean to come across as 'legalistic', but is there any biblical basis for this?
