In Something Fishy , Flaky couldn't decide which bathroom to enter. However, Giggles is killed in the girl bathroom where she bleeds to death(blood on the floor). And when Flaky is shown washing hands, there is no blood on the floor, meaning Flaky most likely entered the male's bathroom. Also, Flaky would've listened to Giggle's screams, but not in this case as a different bathroom was used.
