I'd have to say that my favorite 90's cartoon, hands down, would be Rugrats. Best show ever.... If someone were to buy me every season/episode ever aired, i'd probablyyy die... xD and as for tv show? i'm not picking :P there was All that, The Keenan and Kel show, the Amanda show, Double dare, which is most popular for its double dare 2000's but I watched the series beforehand too, and I think... I THINK it's called Legends of the Lost temple, where which was a game show with a giant Olmec head

Defranco is my favorite YouTuber... but I also follow the RT (Russia Today) because it helps me get a world perspective on current events.
1) The Simpsons debuted in December of 89', so they had a solid 10 seasons in the 90's.. do they count?
