Hli Ci Dance Practice 09-13-08

Hli Ci practice shot. The girls goofing around and having fun practicing. Quality is not the best as was shot in the evening in our small living room with 7 of the 8 girls (age range 8 to 12).

Oops! Didn't notice typo on the name of the song, suppose to be "txoj" not "txog".

This is an old song/dance (one of my personal favorites from all the ones I helped choreographed) that was originally performed by Starlight Dancers (Hnub Qub Ci) back in 2002/2003. I re-taught it to the girls to get their hands and feet wet. For some reason, they all seem to like this one too so I am happy. Perhaps, if I get around to it, I will try to upload Starlight Dancers performance as well.

Anyway, time to go back and get them practicing so they will get better at it.

@justinandme11 there were two vangs but only one of them was present in this vid. this is an old dance and they wanted to learn to dance so this was an easy dance to show them. better to start out slow than to just jump into the whole fast dance. they performed it about 2 years ago.
