Whatever is doing the seeing is consciousness. If the seer looks to himself or herself then duality is transcended.

The latent psychic impressions detract from this.

When looking at something, there is only what is being looked at. The seer is the sight only.

When we think about what is being looked at then we create the notion of the seer.

The seer, the subject, conjures up the object.

Stop filtering your experience through thoughts, ideas and notions.

Give up all opposing distinctions.

Division is not a contradiction to unity.
