This is the worst example of sensationalism! This piece is an insult to all poor people! To insinuate that her poverty has forced her into prostitution is an insult to all poor people who are struggling but doing the right thing... You should be ashamed of yourself!

The people in this video doesn't look like Ghanaians. Even the uniform of the nurse standing by the incubator can prove that this video is fake.This is NOT Ghana.

If your that concerned about this matter why don`t you get law enforcement agencies involved? Child prostitution is an ugly fact worldide besides human traffickers.

I live in the UK and sick of charities wanting money for Africa..

Chidren in Need,Comic Relief,newspaper adverts etc, Millions of pounds have been raised but you NEVER see on any of these programs where the money has been spent or what its done in helping!

I am white, and damn, there's so much crap going on in the world right now, this could be about somebody from anywhere; the fact that this video is about Ghana is coincidence, would you be complaining if it was about someone in America or Germany or France? Like I said, the point of this video is not to insult, but how can anyone do anything about what they don't know about? Does this mean huge charities like Comic Relief are insulting, too? Aren't prostitutes in the US and Europe? So what drives them into prostitution even in the midst of abundance wealth when they could easily find a good job?

Whats the big deal if this girl is poor and a prostitute? Arent poor people every where in the world-so whats your sweat?
