P.S. I have only one question : Does having gynecomastia makes it more difficult to loose weight ? Because some times I feel like I`m loosing weight but NOT fat ...

In the past I always thought doing pull-ups would be a men's exercise...because I could do just one or two. Today I crank out 11, it's just a thing about training.

I've exercised on a woman before...

Ive been doing woman pushups for a month and my pecs are looking really good, the man boobs are almost gone. I may change to reg push ups soon but i get good cardio exercise from knee or woman push ups.

I dont get to say this very often... but Steve is right. I know, its shocking! But true. Men and women should exercise in basically the same way, depending on their goals. There are no separate exercises based on gender.
Somebody plese tell why there aren`t any new videos from Steve ?!?!?!?!?!

Hi steve just to let you know i have not been training for ages and have just signed up to my gym today, A start ey! Ive got a big build and am not terribly fat so it shouldn't take long to get back into shape just alot of hardwork. Im thinking of trying creatine though and im adiment im going to use it so do you think i should wait till ive lost weight to use it or start on it. Love the videos!! Cheers Ben

Creatine works but I would hold off. See how much progress you can make initially without it.

hey steve.. i was wondering if you can do a video on your personal weekly workout routine?? like wut muscles and wut equipment you use on wut day and how many reps and sets you do??.. i've been working out the past couple months but i feel like nothings happening... help
