Perjury probe - police investigate former News of the World editor Andy Coulson over the Tommy Sheridan trial. In other news: flash floods have hit several parts of Edinburgh after thunderstorms in the last few hours with drains overflowing from torrential rain; British Gas is the latest energy company to put up its domestic gas and electricity prices; Scotland's biggest music festival has opened tonight with eighty five thousand people expected each day at T in the Park; and in sport, Victor Wanyama is edging closer to completing his move to Celtic after the SFA backed his case for the approval of a work permit. This is an international version of the news that may have been edited for rights reasons. DEC Appeal: This is Catch-Up. Appeal may now be closed; if so, do not enter.
