You must have great equity if it only cost that in 2000. That's a dream home to me. My first house is a tiny thing built in just a few months so appreciate your home. It's gorgeous!

Sorry, I was thinking a developer built it. I'm just glad it's not 1 story with 2500+ square feet and a garage that faces the back.

6 months is tad long for a McMansion

Its on the low end of the McMansion scale (according to my research on the term at wikipedia). I have a big family so I don't think I fit the "McMansion" stereotype of conspicuous construction but YMMV.
Its the only house I ever built so I wouldn't know if its long or short on the construction time.

its not a mcmansion lol its like 3100 sq ft and a drab little new american house like that usually costs about 369 000 - 399 000
