Born w/midline defect including bilateral cleft lip & palate, class III malocclusion, hypopituitarism, midface hypoplasia. She has had lip repair, palate repair, rhinoplasty, and bone grafting (which did not hold). She has tons of friends and is loved by many. She is very secure in herself and it shows. She is our perfect angel.

Awesome, is she going to have orthodontic work too or nah? I know a lot of cases of clef palate get orthodontic work done later on. She is soooo adorable though.

your daughter is beautiful. my son was born with a unilateral cleft lip but no other problems, his surgery went well also. im glad shes so confident and brave. you all are.

What a superstar! That smile is a killer - she looks SO happy! I'm sure she has bad days from time to time, but you can tell that she fights against negativity. An amazing little girl to have gone though all those surgeries and medical problems at such a young age, yet she's still smiling! God bless Lindsey and her family! =)

@Khris0221 She has a personality to back up that smile. She hasn't had any issues yet, that I am aware of, in or out of school. Some people will look at her, out of curiousity, but it is primarily very little kids. Sometimes it is actually cute on their part.
